  Admission office is completely unaware of the geographical spectrum of eligible non-citizens who are legally protected by laws and regulations governing our citizenship status. We are allowed to travel to, live indefinitely, pursue an education, work, and assume residency here in the United States. I had to patiently wait on them to speak to several people even inform me that they need verification from the dean. Financial aid office personnel was very rude, making unnecessary remarks at me because I forgot my identification in my car. Telling me I need to be more prepared and how would I like it if she was going to just give anyone my information. All she had to do was be professional and ask me to retrieve my ID before she could help me. Financial Director didn't seem to want to give you the time of the day to voice your concerns and very stoic.
